All applications must be submitted online through this website no later than 31 January. Official transcripts must be turned into the NHA Scholarship mailed before that date, or postmarked by that date.  You can upload letters of recommendation and other documentation (DD-214, orders, proof of NHA membership status, or service record documentation) by clicking Here. Active duty personnel must get a letter of recommendation from their commanding officers.

The complete application package, including transcripts and letters of recommendation, will be available online for the regions to review. The NHA Region Presidents should form a committee within their particular region and be able to select the most deserving candidate(s) and rank them by each member of that regional committee numerically. The candidate(s) with highest is (are) the candidates for that region. The process would be the same for applicants up for graduate scholarships.

The NHA Regional President will send results of the final rankings to NHA Scholarship Fund no later than 31 March.

The Vice President of Scholarships will compile all Regional results and get the NHA Scholarship Selection Committee together for the final determination. The committee will be notified of the NHA Scholarship Fund no later than mid-May of that year.
